Woman Retires Before

RETIREMENT

The Constitution of the Federative Republic of Brazil guarantees equal rights for men and women.

Article 5 of the Brazilian Constitution is clear: "the rights are equal for men and women." There is simply no reason to discriminate against men on the time for retirement.
Article 40 of the Constitution speaks of early retirement for women. But Article 5 of the Constitution is "entrenchment clause," so the Article 5 is worth than 40.
Article 40 of the Constitution is an inconsistency that needs to be revised.

If the female retires earlier, this means that men are paying for women to retire sooner. It's good to remember that women live longer than men. If there were different reasons for retirement, the logic would be that women should retire after the men.

The fact is that "society discriminates against the man."
