YES TO ABORTION OF ANENCEPHALIC IN BRAZIL

The minister of the Supreme Court (STF) Celso de Mello voted for the process that can make sure to be a crime to abort an anencephalic fetus (with malformation of the brain and the cortex - which leads the baby to death soon after childbirth or a short vegetative life).

The score is now 8 votes to 1 in favor of the practice. It now remains only the vote of the President of the Court, Minister Cezar Peluso, for that matter is decided. 

Until the end result, the ministers, in theory, can change their votes.
